  • The funds collected are used for our core charitable activities, including the Mid-Day Meal Program, Ammaveedu (Elder Care), Medical Aid, and Educational Scholarships.
  • While we strive to use the donation for the specific cause selected by the donor, Vanchi Poor Fund retains the discretion to utilize the funds where the need is greatest within our charitable objectives.

3. Payment Gateway & Transaction Fees

  • Donations are processed through a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay).
  • By donating, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider.
  • Vanchi Poor Fund is not responsible for any failed transactions or errors during the banking process.

4. Tax Exemption (80G)

  • Donations to Vanchi Poor Fund are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, India.
  • To receive a valid tax receipt, you must provide your PAN Card Number and full address during the donation process.
  • Receipts will be sent to the email address provided by the donor.

5. Intellectual Property

  • This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, logo, and history of our founders.
  • Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice.
